For 15 years, Mr. Chunjian Li has been in charge of the investment, leasing, operations, and administration of 380,000 square meters of commercial real estate for Shanghai Fengtai Property Co., Ltd. This includes high-end office buildings, retail spaces, and warehouses. He successfully attracted and retained multi-national corporations as tenants, including BP, Best Buy, Huawei Technologies, Big Wisdom, Walmart Sam's Club and created more than CNY 1 billion in tax revenue for the local government.

Mr. Li has a Master's in Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's in International Economic Law from Shanghai University Law School (Sept 1994 – July 1998). Throughout his early career, he participated in frequent meetings on project sales of buildings in the sales department. As a result, he offered numerous revisions to their marketing strategy plans according to the project sales scenario and helped enhance the building sales cycle.
